- If you have to cancel an order,the same has to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Partial cancellation of the order is not possible
- If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, we will refund the amount after deducting the bank charges of 2.5% of the total order value. And if you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs plus 10% of the order value towards incidental expenses incurred in addition to bank charges of 2.5% of the total order value.
- All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
- When the company cancels the order by its own reasons, the same will be intimated to the customer and in that case the full amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed within 14 working days of such intimation.
- Receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation by you does not signify our final acceptance of your order and KAMCO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after the receipt of your order .
- If there is a shortfall in quantity ordered in our stock at the time of shipment, the same will be intimated to the customer and he is given option to either cancel the order or accept the part supply within 48 hours of such intimation. Full reimbursement of the amount remitted is effected in the case of customer not accepting part supply and if the customer accepting part supply, reimbursement of amount equal to the order value of the non-executed order is made within 14 working days of such acceptance.
Return / Refund Policy
- No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (different product(s) instead of the product(s) mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, the customer can opt for either full refund or re fulfilment of the order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
- To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery to our Email : firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert within 48 working hours.
- Refunds will be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not shipped.
- In the case of customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and/ or there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient refunds will be effected within 14 working days,from the date of receipt of returned items, after deducting bank transaction charges of 2.5% of the total order value plus two way shipping costs and 10% of the order value towards incidental expenses incurred.
- Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- All costs of return shipping has to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the product received is defective).
