The company is planning to recruit suitable persons for the below mentioned vacancies at Athani unit.

1. Senior Manager(Human Resource) - 01 Vacancy .

Grade & Scale of Pay: Grade-12, 77400-1800-81000-2000-97000-2200-108000-

2400-115200, Dearness Allowance: As per State Govt. rates & company rules.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree from a UGC recognized University/National Institutes established by the

Central Govt. or Institution established by Govt. of Kerala.

• MBA(Personnel/HR)/MSW from a recognized university/ Institute
• Degree in Law

Experience: At least 13 years post qualification experience in the human resource management in

1. govt./qusi govt. or a public sector /registered private sector undertaking.

Age Limit: 45 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST & other eligible communities.

Reservations of Appointments as per Govt. Rules will be applicable. Incumbents will be eligible for H.R.A., Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Reimbursement, and leave as per Company rules. The date for reckoning the age, qualification, experience etc., shall be 01-05-2025.
